By purchasing products from www.kratome.eu you fully agree to and accept all of the following terms and conditions.

We who operate www.kratome.eu reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice to the buyer. The buyer is the individual or company placing an order for products from www.kratome.eu

Limitation of Liability

The buyer acknowledges that all goods purchased from the seller are not food, animal feed, or in any way intended for human consumption. The buyer acknowledges that all goods sold by us as ingredients are intended as raw materials for handicraft purposes.

The buyer accepts that consumption or preparation for consumption of goods provided by the seller constitutes misuse of said goods. The buyer agrees not to hold the seller liable for any consequences, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, nor for any damages or personal injuries resulting from misuse of these goods.

The buyer acknowledges awareness that consumption or preparation for consumption of certain goods sold by the seller may cause health damage and may constitute a criminal offense.

The buyer is responsible for storing the goods offered by the seller in a safe place, out of reach of minors.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes in products or product characteristics made by respective suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

We accept no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.

Purchases

We review every new customer who places an order. We reserve the right to refuse customers under the age of 18.

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details regarding products, prices, billing address, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at info@kratome.eu

Delivery

Our normal delivery time is up to 2-5 days.
Note: Orders placed during weekends are shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered product is legal to import and use in the country where the order is placed, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product complies with all national and local requirements, including but not limited to import and usage regulations.

We recommend that the customer carefully checks applicable laws and EU regulations, including EU internal market and import rules, to avoid potential legal complications. We cannot be held responsible for any legal violations or issues arising from the product being illegal in the recipient country.

Prices

All prices in the store are stated in EUR.

We reserve the right to price changes caused by supplier price adjustments, typographical errors in the price list, or incorrect pricing due to erroneous information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the ordered goods.

5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification must be sent to info@kratome.eu and must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.

You must return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return. Products should therefore be returned well packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value compared to the product’s original value if the product has been used or damaged.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken by you

  • Products consisting of sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken

  • Custom-made products tailored specifically to you or clearly personalized

  • Services that have been fully performed where you have expressly consented to the service starting without a right of withdrawal

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly, such as food

  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines

Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is nevertheless damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the issue free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
Complaints must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to Submit a Complaint

All defects must be reported to info@kratome.eu including your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

We reserve the right for typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that images accurately represent the exact appearance of the products, as color differences may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.
